By accessing or using DaddyAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

DaddyAI is an AI-powered sales agent platform that automates customer conversations for ecommerce and social commerce businesses. The Service includes:

• AI-powered customer conversation automation
• Product recommendation and lead qualification
• Multichannel integration (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Website)
• Analytics and reporting dashboard
• API access for programmatic integration
• Training data management tools

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages or engage in harassment
• Transmit harmful, fraudulent or deceptive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use the Service to train competing AI models without written consent
• Resell or redistribute the Service without a valid partnership agreement

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Free plans are subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page.

If payment fails, we may suspend your account after a 7-day grace period. You remain responsible for any outstanding balances.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, logos and documentation, is owned by Tynio Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data, content and training materials you upload to the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tynio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with 30 days notice.

Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
